I'm so glad I finally pulled the trigger on buying this

I'm so glad I finally pulled the trigger on buying this. It has completely elevated my food game.
Assembly and installation were a breeze and it fit perfectly on my Weber Performer grill.
So far I have done chicken and roast on the rotisserie and 3 pizzas in the oven portion. All have been the best I've ever made.
If you're on the fence about buying this - hop off and buy it! For $150 this has been the best purchase I have made in years.

Pros: great value for the money. Performs as expected. Decent quality fits the weber 22 inch kettle well.Cons: directions could be better. Does not have a heat shield on top. Clips are a bit flimsy.Summary: its a great buy, definitely reccomend it.

Well worth it

Well built product, has held up to high temperatures well. Removing the factory grates and adding them into this is a challenge as the fit is very tight and have to slightly bend it to set the grates in place. The grill that it's being used on is the weber performer deluxe. The ease of use to make pizza makes it worth doing pizzas on the grill over using the oven every time

Great multi use product

Pizza oven very easy to assemble, heat, and use. Our very first attempt at pizza making was fun, tasty, and made our evening enjoyable because all parts are easy to use and clean. We‘re very satisfied with the combo of rotisserie and pizza combo still nice the dishes we can try are endless. We’re buying the be for our don for his birthday because it was such a big hit with our family.

I've made pizza and a rotisserie chicken with this and it does a great job.The metal brackets for raising the grate are tricky to install but once I figured it out,it worked.As a pizza oven, it works well. Raise the grate, remove the door, put the pizza on the stone and slide the pizza in the oven. Watch the pizza to make sure it doesn't burn. You get a very crisp crust and smokey pizza.The chicken turned out awesome! The cord on the rotator is a little short so I used a 12 guage extension cord.

Watch out for the bolt near the handle

I scratched the lid of my green Weber kettle, but my fault. Not the product. Can’t wait to do pizza next. 6 pound chicken in a little over an hour.

The best pizza oven conversion on the market.

The pizza oven conversion quickly gets the cooking temp above 650 degrees. At the top end it was over 700. The addition of the spit makes it ver versatile. I have cooked Neapolitan pizzas, chicken and pork roast on the spit.The ring fits perfectly on the 22 inch Weber kettle grill. The food tastes and looks great. Pizzas cooked quickly at the high temp, averaging about 2 mints per 14 inch pizza. The kit has everything you need no missing parts.

Solid pizza accessory for the weber kettle

Good product for to recreate fire roasted pizza. Product needs an agressive fire to get high temp. I was able to achieve what I wanted. Its just a bit over priced for what you get. The ring is solid, nice thermometer, good stone but the peel is worthless. To make a great pizze with this, you will need a solid "00" flour for temps above 550f. Bread flour or flours that cant handle high heat will burn fast, you will have to tend the pizza so you will/should get a pizza turning peel for optimum results... Instructions are poor. Expect your first pizza to be a try as my next to last picture. Last picture shows the crust i wanted. Get a good dough recipe and you will never go buy frozen pizza again.Have to add 1 week later.. this is an awesome accessory to the Weber. It only needs to inlcude, some cooking tips... this accessory will give you the same results as a $10k oven. A bit more effort than ooni or roccbox.. but hey its under $200. Well worth the money

Best gift I ever bought to my husband

Why did I wait so long?!

Fit my Weber Performer Platinum like a GLOVE! The top of the ring was a little smaller though, so my lid has a little wiggle room. Still seals fine though. Already tried both function this past week.Pizza, only issue was getting grill grate to seat flush at the bottom of the ring. It is a bit of a hassle with all the screws and rivets protruding on the inside, but once it's there, works as advertised!As for the rotisserie, it worked flawlessly! MY only issue was controlling the temperature. I left a couple chickens on the spit (one breast up, one breast down to even weight) and came back after a while and my grill was up to 500°F! Woops! Skin was a little charred, but the meat was still fine! Took exactly 2 hours to get the internal temp of the birds up to 165°F. With more practice I am sure I will have zero issues in the future with maintaining my temperature. This product makes me happy!

Fantastic Accessory

Have used both rotisserie and pizza applications and was pleased with both. Pro pizza tip, preheat stone on grill as usual (with cover on and both top and bottom air valves open), once you are ready to fire the pizza, remove the front shield from the ring then close the top air valve. I was maintaining 450 - 475 ambient temperature. I do not have an IR thermometer for the stone, but got great crisping and color on the bottom of the crust and excellent sheeting for the cheese. Personally not the biggest pizza fan but very impressed with this set up.

The Only Fire rotisserie with pizza door is an absolute necessity!

About the only toy I do not have for my Weber is a rotisserie and I‘ve been looking at some options when I noticed this one with the pizza door. I have a pizza kettle but the downfall is it doesn’t have a door closure so when I saw this I thought what an incredible addition! I had it out of the box within the first 10 minutes arrived had it together and add two chickens on the rotisserie within 45 minutes, they turned out incredible! Then made pizza a couple of nights later and my family told me only to make it on there moving forward! I‘m only disappointed in myself for not purchasing sooner! Would recommend to all of my friends as it is sound and strong!

Fits well, it’ s round. Rotisserie works perfectly, slowly rolling to perfection. We have not tested the pizza oven yet but the peel seems sturdy and the oven door opens and closes easily. Came back on thanksgiving day to say we made a 12 lb turkey and it was fantastic. Brine it overnight, dry it off well, rub with olive oil s&p, garlic and herbs. Three hours later it‘s perfect.

Do you know exactly what kind of grill you intend to use this one?

I‘m sure it will work fine after I fabricate some pieces to lift up the grill great either by welding or through bolting Other than that the rotisserie looks great the pizza oven looks like that will be fine also
